For reservations booked within the week, pay within an hour after confirmation.
For reservations more than a week later, pay within the day. Failure results in forfeiture.
Paid reservations are non-refundable. For urgent cases, coordinate via Facebook within 3 days.
Booking strictly starts on scheduled time. Come prepared (dressed, make-up, etc.).
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked slot.
We cannot entertain latecomers on fully booked schedules.
Istorya reserves the right to refuse clients on requests unrelated to our service or that negatively affect operations/reputation.
